Advanced Design Applications is an advanced technology course.
Advanced Design Applications is intended for upper-level high school students with the goal of providing an engineering or technical base for high school students who plan to continue their education in technical or engineering programs at the community college or university level. The 36-week unit includes Manufacturing Technologies, Energy and Power Technologies, Construction Technologies, and Transportation Technologies.

Design

3d Design and printing
In today's world 3d design can be used to design a house, jewelry, food, toys, and even replacement limbs and organs. Here are some things I have designed in class this year:

This flag was created with 3d code to make each star and stripe.
Desks with computers
Parts can be combined to make entire systems of 3d models like this computer, desk, keyboard, mouse and chair.
Classroom chair
This chair was created in TinkerCAD using basic 3d shapes and different colors as a model of a chair in the classroom
